What are Buyers’ duties towards Promoters, generally?

1. Timely payment as per the schedule in Agreement/Allotment letter. In case of any delay, liable to pay interest as well.

2. Make necessary payments (including registration charges, municipal taxes, water/electricity charges, maintenance, etc.)

3. Participate in formation of Society/Apartment Condominium

4. Take physical possession within 2 months from Occupancy Certificate

5. Participate towards registration of Conveyance Deed
