Pricing Policy

At Shreeyash Associates, we believe in transparency, fairness, and consistency when it comes to pricing our services. Below is our detailed pricing policy to ensure that our clients fully understand the structure and scope of our fees.

1. Transparent Pricing
   All prices for our services are clearly communicated before commencement. No hidden charges or costs will be applied without prior discussion and agreement.
   Quotations provided are tailored to the specific requirements of each client, ensuring a fair price for the scope of work.

2. Customization of Services
   Since every project and client requirement is unique, pricing may vary depending on:

   1. The complexity of the work.

   2. The volume of the project.

   3. Timelines and deadlines.

   4. The level of customization required.

   5. Clients will receive a detailed breakdown of costs in the quotation to provide clarity.

3. Payment Terms
   For most services, a 50% advance payment is required before the work begins. The remaining balance must be settled:

   1. Upon completion of the service/project.

   2. Or as per the agreed milestones outlined in the proposal or contract.

   3. ​Late payments may incur additional charges, as specified in the service agreement.

4. Additional Charges
   Any requests for additional work or modifications outside the scope of the initial agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
   Changes in project scope, delivery timelines, or resources may also lead to a price revision.

5. Taxes and Other Fees
   Prices listed on our website or in our communications exclude applicable taxes, unless explicitly mentioned.
   Any additional fees, such as government levies, international transaction charges, or processing fees, will be borne by the client and communicated beforehand.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
   Once payment is made and work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
   In case of cancellations after the work has begun, the client will be liable for charges proportional to the work completed until that point.
   For services with fixed timelines or subscription plans, refunds or cancellations are not permitted after the service period begins unless otherwise stated.

7. Price Changes
   We reserve the right to revise our pricing for future projects or services. However, ongoing projects will remain unaffected by such changes unless otherwise specified.
   Any updated pricing will be reflected on our website or communicated via official channels.

8. Discounts and Offers
   From time to time, we may provide promotional discounts or offers. These are valid for a specified period and are subject to terms and conditions outlined in the offer.
   Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

9. International Clients
   For international clients, pricing will be provided in USD or INR, as per mutual agreement.
   Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international bank transfer charges.

10. Dispute Resolution
